WORLDCLASS PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: July 23, 2026
Last Updated: July 23, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how WORLDCLASS handles information in connection with its mobile applications, games, websites, support services, and related products, collectively referred to as the “Services.”

This general Privacy Policy applies across WORLDCLASS Services. Some applications may have a separate, app-specific Privacy Policy because they use particular permissions, features, data practices, or third-party services.

Where an app-specific Privacy Policy provides more detailed or different information, the app-specific policy applies to that application.

Where consent is legally required, consent will be requested separately through the application or an appropriate privacy message.

2. About WORLDCLASS

Publisher: WORLDCLASS
Official website: https://hasnistudio.com

WORLDCLASS publishes mobile applications and games through official distribution platforms, including Google Play.

3. Information You Provide Directly

WORLDCLASS may receive information that you voluntarily provide, including:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The name of the application concerned
• The content of a support or privacy request
• Screenshots or technical information you voluntarily attach
• Feedback, reviews, or business inquiries

WORLDCLASS may use this information to:

• Answer support requests
• Investigate technical problems
• Handle privacy inquiries
• Prevent abuse or fraudulent requests
• Maintain reasonable support records

Please do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, private media, or other unnecessary sensitive information through email or contact forms.

4. Accounts

Many WORLDCLASS applications do not require users to create an account or provide directly identifying information to access their main features.

If a WORLDCLASS application offers account creation, sign-in, cloud synchronization, multiplayer profiles, or another account-based feature, the relevant application will provide additional information explaining:

• What information is required
• How account information is used
• How long account information is retained
• How users can request account and data deletion

Applications that do not offer account creation do not maintain a user account that can be deleted.

Users may still remove locally stored information by clearing application data, deleting local files, revoking permissions, or uninstalling the application.

5. Technical Information Processed Automatically

Depending on the application, device, configuration, country, consent choices, and third-party services used, certain technical information may be processed automatically.

This may include:

• Device manufacturer and model
• Operating-system version
• Application name and version
• Language and regional settings
• IP address
• Approximate location inferred from an IP address
• Application-instance or installation identifiers
• Advertising identifiers, where permitted
• App Set ID or similar identifiers
• Application launches and interactions
• Screens or features used
• Advertisement impressions and clicks
• Crash reports and stack traces
• Error logs
• Performance and diagnostic information
• Installation and update information

This information may be used to provide application functionality, measure performance, investigate crashes, maintain security, prevent fraud, and display or measure advertising.

6. Application Permissions and Local Content

A WORLDCLASS application may request Android permissions or user-selected access when necessary for a particular feature.

Depending on the application, this may include access to:

• Photos or videos
• User-selected files or folders
• Notifications
• Network connectivity
• Other device features clearly explained by the application

Permissions are requested only when required for an application feature.

Users can deny or revoke permissions through their Android device settings. Some features may not function correctly when a required permission is denied.

When an application processes photos, videos, saved files, game progress, or other local content, that content is normally processed on the user’s device unless an app-specific Privacy Policy clearly explains otherwise.

7. How Information Is Used

WORLDCLASS and its service providers may process information to:

• Provide and maintain application features
• Display, manage, or save content requested by the user
• Diagnose crashes and technical errors
• Improve performance, stability, compatibility, and usability
• Understand general application usage
• Provide customer and technical support
• Display and measure advertisements
• Detect advertising fraud and invalid traffic
• Protect applications and users from abuse
• Manage privacy and consent choices
• Comply with laws and platform requirements
• Enforce applicable Terms of Use
• Protect the rights and security of WORLDCLASS and its users

8. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, information may be processed based on:

• The user’s consent
• Performance of a service requested by the user
• WORLDCLASS’s legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving its Services
• Compliance with a legal obligation
• Protection of users, WORLDCLASS, or another person from fraud, abuse, or harm

Where processing depends on consent, users may withdraw consent through the available privacy controls.

Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.

9. Advertising

Some WORLDCLASS applications display advertisements through Google AdMob or other advertising services disclosed in the relevant app-specific policy.

Depending on the user’s region, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law, advertisements may be:

• Personalized
• Non-personalized
• Limited

Advertising providers may process information including:

• IP address
• Approximate location inferred from an IP address
• Advertising identifiers
• App Set ID or similar identifiers
• Device and application information
• Application and advertisement interactions
• Advertisement impressions and clicks
• Diagnostic and performance information
• Fraud and invalid-traffic signals

This information may be used to:

• Serve advertisements
• Measure advertising performance
• Limit repeated advertisements
• Produce aggregated advertising reports
• Detect fraud and invalid traffic
• Provide personalized advertising where permitted
• Provide non-personalized or limited advertising where required

Where legally required, an application may display a consent-management message before requesting personalized advertising.

Users may manage advertising preferences through Android settings, Google account settings, or an in-app privacy-options control where available.

10. Analytics

Some WORLDCLASS applications may use Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics for Firebase, or another analytics service identified in an app-specific policy.

Analytics services may process:

• App-instance or installation identifiers
• Device and operating-system information
• Application events
• Feature interactions
• Session information
• Application version
• Approximate region
• General usage and performance information

Analytics information may be used to:

• Understand how applications function
• Identify frequently used features
• Detect technical problems
• Improve navigation and usability
• Improve application performance

WORLDCLASS does not intentionally use analytics services to collect the content of users’ private photos, videos, messages, or locally stored files.

11. Crash Reporting and Diagnostics

Some WORLDCLASS applications may use Firebase Crashlytics or another diagnostic service.

Crash-reporting services may process:

• Installation identifiers
• Crash stack traces
• Application state at the time of a crash
• Device model
• Operating-system version
• Application version
• Error messages
• Performance and diagnostic information

This information is used to identify errors, improve stability, and fix compatibility problems.

WORLDCLASS does not intentionally include users’ private photos, videos, messages, or saved content in crash reports.

12. Privacy and Consent Management

Where required by law, WORLDCLASS applications may use a consent-management platform, including Google’s User Messaging Platform, to:

• Determine whether a privacy message is required
• Obtain advertising or data-processing choices
• Store consent selections
• Provide access to privacy options
• Allow users to modify or withdraw choices

Available privacy options may depend on the application, location, age settings, advertising configuration, and applicable law.

13. Sharing of Information

WORLDCLASS does not sell personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers that help operate, distribute, secure, analyze, advertise, or support WORLDCLASS Services.

Depending on the application, these providers may include:

• Google Play and Google Play services
• Google AdMob
• Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Google consent-management services
• Website-hosting providers
• Email and support providers
• Other providers disclosed in an app-specific policy

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law
• Respond to legal proceedings
• Respond to lawful governmental requests
• Investigate fraud or security incidents
• Protect users from harm
• Protect WORLDCLASS rights, property, applications, and services
• Complete a legitimate business restructuring or transfer, subject to applicable privacy requirements

14. Third-Party Services

Third-party services process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

WORLDCLASS does not control the independent privacy practices of external websites, advertisements, app stores, or third-party services.

15. Local Storage

Some WORLDCLASS applications store preferences, settings, saved content, game progress, cached files, or temporary information locally on the device.

Locally stored information generally remains until:

• The user deletes it
• The application removes it automatically
• The application cache or storage is cleared
• The relevant file is deleted
• The application is uninstalled
• The operating system removes it

Files intentionally saved to a public gallery, downloads folder, shared-storage location, or another external location may remain after the application is uninstalled.

App-specific Privacy Policies provide additional information where an application uses a particular local-retention feature.

16. Data Retention

WORLDCLASS retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed.

Retention periods may depend on the category of information:

• Local application information remains according to the device and application behavior
• Support messages may be retained while a request is handled and for a reasonable period afterward
• Analytics, advertising, consent, and diagnostic information is retained by the relevant provider
• Information required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of rights may be retained as legally permitted

Information may be anonymized or aggregated so that it can no longer reasonably be associated with an individual.

17. Data Deletion

Users can remove locally stored application information by:

• Using delete controls available inside the application
• Deleting files through the device gallery or file manager
• Clearing the application cache
• Clearing the application storage
• Revoking folder access or permissions
• Uninstalling the application

If an application offers account creation, it will provide instructions for requesting deletion of the account and associated information.

Users may contact WORLDCLASS regarding information sent directly through support or another WORLDCLASS-controlled channel.

Data processed independently by third-party providers is subject to the deletion tools, retention periods, and privacy policies of those providers.

18. User Rights and Choices

Depending on the user’s country or region, applicable law may provide rights to:

• Request information about processing
• Access personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion
• Restrict processing
• Object to processing
• Withdraw consent
• Request data portability
• Lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority

Because many WORLDCLASS applications do not require an account, WORLDCLASS may be unable to connect anonymous technical information to a particular person without sufficient identifying details.

WORLDCLASS may request reasonable information to verify a privacy request and prevent unauthorized access to another person’s information.

19. Device and Advertising Controls

Users can manage privacy choices through available controls, including:

• Android application-permission settings
• Android photo and video access settings
• Folder-selection controls
• Notification settings
• Google advertising settings
• Resetting or deleting the Android advertising identifier
• In-app privacy-options controls, where available
• Clearing application data
• Uninstalling the application

20. Children’s Privacy

Each WORLDCLASS application’s intended audience and age rating are presented on its official app-store listing.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, WORLDCLASS Services are not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children below the minimum age required by applicable law.

If an application is directed to children or includes children in its target audience, WORLDCLASS will apply relevant platform requirements and child-appropriate data practices.

Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child has directly submitted personal information to WORLDCLASS may contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

21. Security

WORLDCLASS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

Information transmitted to third-party providers is protected using the security mechanisms offered by those providers and the operating platform.

No application, device, network transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

22. International Processing

WORLDCLASS and its service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country of residence.

Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions.

Where required, service providers use contractual, organizational, or technical safeguards for international processing.

23. External Links and Content

WORLDCLASS Services may contain advertisements or links to third-party websites, applications, stores, or services.

WORLDCLASS is not responsible for the content, security, availability, or independent privacy practices of third parties.

Users should review the privacy policy of a third-party service before providing information to it.

24. App-Specific Privacy Policies

Certain WORLDCLASS applications have separate Privacy Policies containing additional details.

Additional app-specific policies may be added when required by an application’s features, permissions, target audience, or third-party services.

• Applications or features change
• Permissions change
• Advertising, analytics, or diagnostic providers change
